The cancellation Policies and Procedures may be reviewed at any time on TherapyNotes when your patient account has been set up. A signature is required to indicate that you understand the Policies and Procedures, so that you may proceed with scheduling.

Insight Carolinas is in-network with BCBS, Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, Cigna, NC State Health Plan, and MedCost in the private insurance realm and Amerihealth Caritas, Carolina Complete, Healthy Blue, Partners, Trillium, and United Community Plan Medicaid. We also accept out of network benefits and private pay. You may have a copay, co-insurance, or a deductible to meet depending on your coverage. Please note that network participation is subject to change, so we do our best to offer you an estimate when we verify benefits. You are encouraged to verify your own benefits as well with your insurance company.
We are also are able to offer discounts for those without insurance benefits, based on need. Part of our mission is expanding access to care.

An assessment can be helpful if you are experiencing new, worsening, or persistent concerns with things such as mood, attention, relationships. It can also be helpful for young children who seem to be “late bloomers” to determine if a developmental delay is present and to maximize gains with early intervention. An assessment can give the clarity and insight you need to have informed care.

For our general clinical assessments the in-person appointment is a single 1-2 hour appointment but there are digital assessments you will need to complete in advance that will also take 1-3 hours.
